As God’s living Word, it is written, “To this purpose have I raised thee, that I may show my power in thee and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.” Exodus 3:14.

Serra’s Pantry is blessed to provide food for families in great need for more than 20 years. Food is distributed three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 10:30 – 12:00 p.m. It is God’s grace that we have generous donors, volunteers, drivers, and helping hands to distribute to more than 450 families monthly.

please help by donating

Family and friends can make donations online to Serra’s Pantry and Outreach Ministry through our online giving service found HERE. Our Pantry and Outreach Ministry are open Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays. Also, to assist with utilities to the most vulnerable, financial support is greatly needed. Anyone needing financial assistance will be seen. It’s important we come together and support one another as a community.

Do not fear: I am with you; do not be anxious: I am your God.

I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.

~Isaiah 41:10

volunteering at the pantry

Our Pantry Ministry is an all volunteer organization comprised of people willing to give their time, talent and in some cases their financial support to those we serve. Volunteer hours are Monday, Wednesday 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. We often need help on these days.

There are a variety of other ways to serve. If you would like to learn more, you can fill out the volunteer interest form or contact the lead person noted for the days you are available. Volunteers under the age of 14 should be supervised by a parent or guardian.

pantry Christmas celebration

As we anticipate and prepare for the Birth of Jesus Christ each year, we as a parish can share in the love of Christ, by blessing a young child in need with a gift, and sharing the Joy of Christmas. This celebration gathers many helping hands; such as planning coordinators, decorating, entertaining, welcoming guests, distributing toys, toy drives, toy sorters, Christmas escorts, cookie & tea hospitality hosting stations, stocking stuffers and a set-up/cleanup crew.
